The Premier Indoor Water Exercise pool in the Sacramento Area
During all of our business hours we have space available for water walking, water exercise, deep water running, and water aerobics. We are indoors, away from the wind and rain, and during the summer the scorching sun. We try our best to maintain the pool temperature at 82-83 degrees.
The Swimstitute's Indoor Heated pool is perfect for water exercise and water walking for surgery rehab. There is ample shallow water, with the depth less than 4 1/2 feet deep.
