Welcome to The Swimstitute, Sacramento's premier indoor aquatic facility. We offer our private swim lessons year round. Year round lessons help prevent beginning swimmers from regressing during the winter months.
All of our staff are instructors...all of our instructors are "Certified Stroke Technicians" through the American Swim Coaches Association.
Indoor Swim Lessons
Private Child & Private Adult Indoor Swim Lessons Swimming instruction is private; the instructor and student work together to develop the student's swimming skills. We will assess and instruct each student through our set of established skill levels, but also accommodate specific requests. Students are able to learn at their own pace and generally develop swimming skills more quickly than in a group lesson setting. All of our instructors are highly qualified and each is a Certified Stroke Technician though the American Swim Coaches Association, ASCA.
Our adult lessons encompass the entire skill range, from non-swimmer to seasoned Masters swimmer. Adult lessons can be geared to meet each swimmers hopes and expectations. Whether learning to swim for the first time, improving previous swimming skills, learning new strokes or more technical stroke work for the advanced swimmer, our staff can work with you and your specific goals.
Lessons are all pre-arranged, scheduled during the hours listed below, around your schedule. We can usually get new swimmers started with classes within one week.
